Park your car in the private off-street spot and then forget about it, because you won’t need it while staying here – you can walk to everything Arcata has to offer. Enjoy the beautiful shared outdoor space and relax at a cafe table or by the propane fire pit on a cool Arcata evening. The apartment is part of Arcata Vacation Suites, a six-unit vacation rental compound in the heart of Arcata. Built in the first half of the 20th century, the property is both charming and funky. Our space features an off street parking space and is one of our most private units on the property. It has a semi private yard space but also has access to the rest of the shared yard space and propane fire pit as well. Your stay will also include use of our Humboldt Getaways Gift Voucher which gives you exclusive discounts to many of our favorite local spots in the area!

Details To Note When Booking

Guests have a semi private yard space and access to all parts of the other shared yard. We have a coin-op laundry room that is accessible to all guests and requires $1.25 in quarters to use washer and $1.25 to use dryer, sorry we don’t have a change machine so please come prepared if planning on doing laundry. This apartment shares a wall with another unit. We ask all guests to reduce noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

“Was super convenient, I think less than a minute off the freeway, and only a couple minutes to get back on. Three turns and about three minutes and you are on campus. Short walk to the beautiful Arcata Plaza! As close to freeway as it is, I was worried about the noise, but it was a quiet and peaceful stay! The whole apartment was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! Host was amazing and quite helpful and proactive in taking care of any problems we had, we had no problems, and are very happy with our stay!”
