About The Rental

Right in town with easy access to everything Arcata, this two-bedroom plus a pull out queen sized sofa craftsman apartment can sleep up to six people and is smack-dab in the heart of it all! Remodeled in the early 2000’s, the house showcases an eclectic mix of styles and is fully stocked to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. It has a large shared yard with a propane fire pit to keep you warm on the cool Arcata evenings. Your stay will also include use of our Humboldt Getaways Gift Voucher which gives you exclusive discounts to many of our favorite local spots in the area!

Details When Booking

Guests have a private front yard entrance and also access to all parts of the fully fenced large shared garden . We have a coin-op laundry room that is accessible to all guests and requires $1.25 in quarters to use washer and $1.25 to use dryer, sorry we don’t have a change machine so please come prepared if planning on doing laundry. This house is on a semi-busy street and shares a wall with the back unit. We ask that all guests reduce noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. On street parking only.
