Looking for a large space to accommodate your family or guests for your event or gathering? Our 4 unit apartment building and duplex is the perfect spot with the ideal downtown Arcata location! The 2 story building has 4 separate units with 1 bedroom each. Our detached front duplex has a 2 bedroom plus pullout sofa and the back unit is a 1 bedroom with pullout sofa. We are walking distance to the Arcata plaza, Cal Poly Humboldt, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.
Details When Booking
We have one off street parking spot all other parking is on street. Two of our apartments are only accessed via the exterior staircase. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. We have a coin-op laundry room that is accessible to all guests and requires $1.25 in quarters to use washer and $1.25 to use dryer, sorry we don’t have a change machine so please come prepared if you’re planning on doing laundry.
