About The Owner
Born from the love of hospitality, design, and real estate, Humboldt Getaways came to life in 2022. Before the launch of Humboldt Getaways, Amber started her journey operating a successful multi unit rental out of her personal residence for multiple years. She then teamed up with a local company overseeing all property management duties for numerous short term rentals.
Besides running a vacation management company, Amber is also a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Sellers Realty in Arcata. Stemming from her entrepreneurial and growth mindset, Amber is currently expanding Humboldt Getaways to incorporate mid and long term property management under her portfolio by summer 2023.
Any free time is spent loving up on her son and daughter or outdoors, usually riding her mountain bike.
