“Amber’s Sunny Brae mid century was the perfect base for our month in Arcata. Of all the places we’ve done longer stays, it felt the most like home. The house has been nicely updated and is comfortably outfitted with everything you need, and the location is great — quiet but walkable. We loved walking up to the cafe, grocery, or into Arcata for dinner and taking walks through the gorgeous community forest at the end of street. Check in (and check out) was seamless, and Amber and Jaime were both proactive and quick to reply — even making sure we had enough candy for the hordes of Halloween trick-or-treaters! We loved it, and would definitely stay again.”

“Perfect home base for four adults and two dogs, the garage/mudroom access was so convenient. Great location in Sunny Brae with lovely sunshine on front porch and backyard in the afternoons. Driveway parking and plenty of street parking. Comfortable beds, abundance of extra linens and pillows. Extra kitchen amenities, supplies and condiments. Amber was so responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again!!”
