This space gets great light and has a semi-private balcony with a cafe table that looks out over the neighborhood. Part of Arcata Vacation Suites, a six-unit vacation rental compound in the heart of Arcata, this sunny apartment is close to everything you want to do in Arcata. The building was built sometime in the 1950’s so it has both mid-century styling and modern comforts. You will fall in love with this cute apartment stocked with everything you need on your vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you feel like staying in to cook, or you can walk downtown to numerous delectable restaurants. Enjoy a private corner or mingling with other guests in our large fully fenced yard space. Your stay will also include use of our Humboldt Getaways Gift Voucher which gives you exclusive discounts to many of our favorite local spots in the area!

Details To Note When Booking

This apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via a set of exterior stairs. Guests have access to all parts of the shared side yard property. We have a coin-op laundry room that is accessible to all guests and requires $1.25 in quarters to use washer and $1.25 to use dryer, sorry we don’t have a change machine so please come prepared if planning on doing laundry. This apartment shares a wall with another unit. We ask that all guests reduce noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. On street parking only.
